  • Help Extract Business Requirements ‐ Conduct extensive research, analysis and coordination among multiple business units within the organization in order to develop requirements documentation for the solution. Perform business/needs analysis vs. feature analysis to solve the requirements without causing too many side effects by identifying both opportunities and challenges to each option.​

  • Utilize expertise in SharePoint content management, SharePoint workflows, and system integration to ensure implementation meets the needs of the business, follows best practices, and provides all the benefits expected.

  • Find the right information architecture, by understanding the business taxonomies to architect information management system to support them.  In addition, map business processes to the right process management tools, whether a technical solution (SharePoint workflow) or non-technical solution.
